983529680_096eb725a4_m.jpgI needed some seeds for a patio garden. I mentioned it to Doug, a Master Gardener Volunteer who came to pick up some cuttings of my house plants. End of story – or so I thought. Last week I got a call from another Master Gardener Volunteer who simply said, “I heard you need some seeds.”

You can’t imagine how beautiful those words sounded to me.

Today I was blessed with a visit from Leo and his wife, Lois, who shared some packages of seeds with me and some of their favorite plants they started in their own greenhouse. After a quick tour of my 6 x 10 foot patio, Leo made an appointment to come back tomorrow to put in supports for the trellises that are leaning in the wind.

I’ve been watching the blustery winds weave my trellises back and forth in the rain. Watching and praying for a way to stand the trellises back up in their glory.

Prayers went up, out and about. Blessings came down and around. I am so grateful for the wonderful people in my life. They listen with their hearts and share when they can. May there always be blessings coming their way.
