istock_000000392882xsmall.jpgGetting up and getting out! Some mornings it’s a chore. Especially if I’m on my way to the fitness center. Especially if this is the day I do muscle toning. But I do it. And why?

In Ask and It Is Given, Esther and Jerry Hicks write, “Every thought vibrates, every thought radiates a signal, and every thought attracts a matching signal back. We call that process the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction says: That which is like unto itself is drawn.”

So if I march on over to the fitness center with the intention and desire to get fit, I will get fit. If I do the best work out I can, I will get good results.

I know this is what it takes to have what I want. I know this is how to be proactive and focused on attracting in my desired outcome.

No matter how big your goal or how fantastic the results you want to have. Start with a step-by-step process for getting there. Then go out and do it!

It’s great to have the intention and the affirmations. It’s terrific to have the vision board and the goals written down. These are all great tools for committing yourself from the inside out.

But then you have to do it! Day by day, step by step. Create the habit, change your behavior, modify your lifestyle.

It will feel so delicious to get up every morning and to look forward to seeing your goals and your outcomes coming to meet you! The Law of Attraction says it just can’t be any other way. As true and focused as you are in going towards what you want, so too are your goals and outcomes energized to come towards you.

So if what you want is not showing up as fast as you’d like it too, guess what part of the equation needs to step up the pace! Go for it!

Don’t forget about the emotions. It’s part of the equation.

You’re right, emotions are a big factor in the Law of Attraction equation. I sort of included that in the “intention and desire to get fit.”

I try to provide various approaches to topics like this. So sometimes I focus on different aspects in the hope of something at sometime making an impression on some people!

Thanks for stopping by. Come again!
