He never said he loved her or that he would leave his wife and children for her. Sandy never asked him those questions because she didn’t really want to know what she suspected.

Sandy felt a deep connection with this man from the first day they met at a regional business project. He gave her the attention and compliments she craved. She gave him the sex and passion that he wanted.

She was so sure there was a reason he was in her life. Imagine the pain and hurt as she began to realize he wasn’t going to be the one she was looking for as her life partner.

How can she let go of him without more of her raging anger, tears, and shame? How is she going to tell him it’s over without hurting either one of them any more? How did she ever let herself get into this?

When Sandy asked me to help her with Spiritual Response Therapy, I researched the past lives between Sandy and her friend to find the programming and unfinished business between them. Sometimes this shows up as alternate roles where the female was a male in the past life, and the male was the female in that same past life. The experience of infidelity or betrayal may take several forms. Sometimes it happens on a sexual level, sometimes on a competitive career level, and sometimes it’s a difference of belief systems and religious affiliations.

No matter the circumstances or the way the situation was handled in the past life, for it to be affecting the behavior of these people here and now, one or both of the persons involved in the same past life did not make the best choices or come through the experience without judgment and trauma.

By working through the past life research around what happened, why it happened the way it did, and how all that was buried in the subconscious mind until now, Sandy began to understand her affair with this married man.

She knew what she had to do next, and finally felt strong enough to do it compassionately, without judging or blaming him or herself. She felt the relief of being able to end a situation she knew wasn’t right. Now she could move on and get ready for the person she really wanted to be spending her life with.

That was one of Don’s annoying habits until Judy asked him to please have a session in Spiritual Response Therapy.

Spiritual Response Therapy is a spiritual healing practice that makes no claims or guarantees for the emotional and physical improvements that happen. This was Don’s first session in SRT. We talked about the issues he wanted to address and then started the work.

The work was led by Don’s High Self and mine. Using a pendulum and the set of 32 charts in the SRT system, I researched Don’s past lives that were affecting him now. During that process, the High Selves removed negative energy blocking Don on his job. Through out the session, the High Selves cleared various subconscious programs and specific beliefs that were limiting Don and keeping him from experiencing his fullest potential.

Three weeks later Judy was pleased to report that Don’s sniffling was gone! He not only had more energy than before, but he was also much more decisive and sure of his decisions in his work as a building contractor.

People who have families and jobs bring many of those relationships and responsibilities to their sessions in Spiritual Response Therapy.

SRT is first and foremost a spiritual healing practice that addresses the client’s self-limiting beliefs and subconscious blocks to health and abundance, love and wealth. The release from subconscious programs and the healing that results are the work of the client’s High Self, and practitioner’s High Self, working in and through Spirit.

No challenge is too big for High Self and Spirit who work on the issues the client brings to SRT, even when that means taking on what’s involved in state recertification of a major medical program shared among several nursing homes.

The practitioner’s work follows the usual intuitive lead of the High Self and progresses through the charts included in the SRT system. Here are a few things the practitioner may want to watch for and include if they are appropriate.

At some time during the session, get together all the High Selves (of all the personnel involved in the recertification) and get the High Selves cleared, and agreeing to create the most benevolent good for all persons involved. Set the intention for the whole recertification process to be completed quickly and graciously, for everyone to cooperate with understanding and ease, and to accomplish the end result desired.

There may be some past life unfinished business between the client and the medical staff, nursing staff, and administrators of each nursing home involved in the medical program recertification. There may also be research involved in clearing the relationship between the client and the personnel coming in from the agency responsible for doing the recertification.

As the session progresses, continue to check each person or group’s alignment with cooperating with and achieving the intention and desired outcome. Also check each person or group’s resistance to the intention and desired outcome. That’s another way to discover any hidden, buried, covered up or denied programming.

Set up for the client a Spiritual Support Committee under the supervision of the High Self to come to the client’s assistance to find the paperwork requested, to get compliance from all the professionals involved at each nursing home, and to be capable of giving the recertification personnel the information they need in a timely and gracious manner.

Remind the client of his or her responsibility to take time throughout the day to stay grounded, maintain good energy boundaries, and connect with High Self and Spirit to download the support coming through the SRT clearing work and the Spiritual Support Committee.

Actual feedback from such a client included the very rare situation where no follow up was needed, there were no citations for any of the nursing homes involved in the shared medical program, and the intended end result was very obviously accomplished.

No challenge is too big for High Self and Spirit even when that means taking on something as technical, important, and serious as this was.

Whatever your challenges are at home or at work, let’s talk about what a Spiritual Response Therapy session could do for you. Email me at Janice@OurSpiralJourney.com with the subject: Let’s Talk About What SRT Can Do For Me!

Jessica is a nurse practitioner in a local urgent care, walk-in clinic. She loves caring for people and what she’s capable of doing for them.

Then there are days when she can’t seem to do anything right for certain patients. We’ve all been there as practitioners, whether we use the medical or the alternative healing modalities!

Jessica was aware enough to know that something else was going on here between her and these difficult patients.

She was also open enough to understand that if she didn’t do something about it on an energy level, the next time she encountered these patients could be chaotic, and even traumatic, for her and for them.

With Spiritual Response Therapy, I worked with her High Self and mine to research the past lives between Jessica and two of the most difficult patients she recently cared for in the clinic. The process involved identifying the subconscious program that Jessica was running in that past life, who perceives they were harmed and by whom, and what unresolved energies each character carried forward into this current lifetime.

That part of the research and clearing the soul records for Jessica brought her tremendous relief. Another significant part of the SRT session was to become aware of and clear all the contracts and agreements Jessica made with these people, now showing up as patients, to experience self-punishment, vindication, or judgment from them.

As souls grow in awareness and evolve spiritually, it’s not necessary to load themselves up with negative experiences and challenges. There is plenty of growth opportunity just working through the day-to-day challenges of life on this planet with a loving and compassion attitude.

I then checked to make sure Jessica’s High Self, Guardian Angels, and spiritual committees were also on board with this change in contracts and agreements. Knowing that we can’t take away any soul’s need or desire for experience in this earth plane, I also asked Spirit to allow any unfinished business between Jessica and her patients to be resolved in the most gentle and benevolent ways possible without either one of them having to experience emotional or physical chaos, crisis, or life threatening trauma.

Again, there is more than one way to achieve the same result, so why not choose the path with more positive energy and support from benevolent energy beings.

If you, or someone you know, needs some energy intervention or support at this time, let’s talk about what a Spiritual Response Therapy session could do for you or for them.

Spiritual Response Therapy came to Stuart’s rescue when he was in the middle of a big real estate transaction and there was a power struggle between the buyers and sellers. When I worked with his High Self and mine in the SRT process, energies around bitterness and self-punishment were showing up.

Going deeper into the research between Stuart, the buyers, and sellers, past life experiences came up to be cleared and resolved. Stuart was seriously harmed and died from injuries in that past life. The person who inflicted those wounds on him was now showing up as the seller of the property. Various other persons who were part of the past life experience were also now making the sale happen so Stuart could benefit from the commission on the sale.

The current conflict between buyers and sellers, however, was also fueled with Stuart’s own unresolved energies around self-limitation, self-destruction, helplessness, failure and betrayal. How could it all turn out well for him with those kinds of energies pushing against his best interests?

As his High Self and mine worked to release the grip these negative feelings had on Stuart’s subconscious mind and his conscious life experiences, his readiness to close the deal and get paid shifted from 50% to 100%.

That’s the profound and subtle way that Spiritual Response Therapy supports people willing to take a look at what is keeping them from working through a challenge and moving forward.

Spiritual Response Therapy unravels the subconscious blocks that tangle up family members and put the brakes on progressing through issues and challenges.

For Christy, it was all about finding a nursing home for her mom who had been living with Christy. Now as the aging mother was getting ready to be moved from the rehabilitation facility where she was recovering from recent surgery, she needed to either get into a nursing home or go back to living with Christy.

The problem here was that Christy would have to quit her job, her sole income, in order to give her mother the 24/7 care she needed. The block to getting their mother into a nursing home was Christy’s brothers and sisters who couldn’t agree on where their mother should go.

When I worked with Christy on this issue, we talked about how this situation was offering her several wonderful opportunities to grow and stretch herself:

She’s being invited to step up and take charge, to exercise control and authority, and to take care of herself. It just so happens that this all centers around also taking care of her mother.

She’s being challenged by other family members who aren’t doing any of the work here, and who have nothing to lose, like a job, income, time, wellbeing, freedom, etc.

Her task at hand is to hold her ground, stand tall, be firm, do the best she can, get her mother into a nursing home, and tell the rest of them that if they don’t like it, they can find a different place for her.

This is as much, if not more, about taking care of herself as it is taking care of her mother.

With the many levels and depths that Spiritual Response Therapy works in, my High Self and Christy’s High Self worked through her emotional blocks to receiving her greater good and her self limiting perceptions that she needed to suffer for things she did in past lives. Layer by layer, we released the stress and guilt piled on Christy by the confrontations with other family members and the hidden belief that she was abandoning her mother by placing her in a nursing home.

Within 48 hours, Christy spoke with her siblings and told them to either help her find a place for their mother, or their mother would have to move in with one of them who had other family members to help out with her care. To her surprise, they not only found a place for their mother, but were going to take care of moving her there that very afternoon. Even more wonderful was the news that Christy’s mother would be close by several of the other siblings who could now run errands and make regular visits to their mother.

That’s the beautiful and subtle way that Spiritual Response Therapy untangles the knots in family issues and supports others in taking a stand and moving forward.

Her medical professionals are testing and looking into why the miscarriage happened, and what Shannon might need to do to carry a baby full term. But there are questions they couldn’t answer that she wanted Spiritual Response Therapy to research for her.

Shannon and her husband felt they were emotionally and financially ready for this baby. With all of their own spiritual practices and healthy lifestyle, they felt they had the perfect environment for this baby’s body and soul.

So why didn’t this soul want to stay and be their baby? Is she or her husband subconsciously running any beliefs, perceptions, or judgments that they aren’t worthy or don’t deserve to have children? Does she or her husband have any karma around having children that needs to be resolved and healed?

During her Spiritual Response Therapy session, we worked with my High Self and her High Self to answer questions like this and to bring Shannon back into a place of healing and wholeness.

Two months later she commented that her “sadness and depression on the issue were completely gone after about 2-3 weeks.” From her experience on the miscarriage support forums, she observed that many women were still stuck in their grief and sadness much longer. To her surprise, Shannon could already “feel genuinely happy for other expecting Moms” as she continued her medical follow-ups and planning for another pregnancy.

If you or someone you know recently had a miscarriage and want to get some support, let’s talk about what a Spiritual Response Therapy session could do for you.

In Spiritual Response Therapy, our High Selves research and clear your subconscious beliefs, perceptions and judgments that are creating financial and health issues, love and relationship struggles, and just about anything else you can think of as a challenge or problem in your life.

As powerful as this work is, your ability to stay clear of your habitual pitfalls depends on your awareness of how to make better choices in your day-to-day living. The speed at which you progress, and shift into more abundance and wellbeing, is in your hands.

Quite often my clients want to know what they’re supposed to do next? How do they stay in shape spiritually, emotionally, and mentally to sustain and to grow the new awareness they achieved during an SRT session?

The men and women struggling with cancer, who come to work with me, already know that the probable metaphysical causes of cancer range from “powerlessness” and “futility” to “deep-seated hatred of the world around them”. At times they may even feel like a “seething volcano”. (Quotes from Messages From The Body by Narayan-Singh)

Now what to do with those negative feelings, especially if you’ve been stuffing them inside until now? Here are four good self-help steps I recommend:

Acknowledge your negative feelings! Thank them for showing themselves, for coming to the surface so you can now deal with them.

Call the feelings by name! Whatever it feels like, speak to it by its name: anger, grief, helplessness, etc.

Tell it you are now aware of it! Then thank these feelings for the lessons you’ve learned from them.

Invite Spirit to receive these negative feelings! Consider something like this: “Spirit, I release onto You, all roots, seeds, and branches of these negative feelings, from wherever they are anchored inside me or holding onto me, at all levels, layers, and depths. Please take them and transmute them into positive, nurturing energies throughout all-that-is.”

Allow yourself to release them without having to feel them or engage them any more. It’s enough to be aware that you’ve carried them around for some time. It’s enough to be aware that they’ve caused the cancer. It’s enough to be aware that holding on to them and experiencing more of them is not good for you. Allow them to lift like a cloud, like a fog, and to be dissipated in the Warmth and Light that is Spirit.

Always be gentle with yourself. Continue to love and protect yourself. Give yourself the time, space, and means to heal.

Spiritual Response Therapy is a very progressive healing system because it affects the total person – mind, body, and spirit.

Because SRT gets to the core roots of the emotional energy and the mental beliefs that are underneath the physical conditions, people can prevent surgery and a dependency on chemical medications when this type of energy work is part of a balanced wellness program.

An SRT practitioner cannot diagnose or influence a client not to continue any medications or treatments the client is involved in or wants to explore. So there are times when the best intentions on the part of the practitioner and the client’s family are not enough to bring about the healing that is desired.

There are times when the person with the medical or emotional issues is not open to talking about, learning about, or giving energy work like SRT a try. In essence, this person is choosing to do things the hard way – to take life as it comes with all the bumps and bruises, accidents and surgeries, and to let the doctors fix things when something happens.

Some people believe that suffering and pain are a natural part of life and no one has any business trying to change the way things are. They believe they’ve got to experience everything just the way they planned it before showing up on the planet. Never mind the challenges that may cause, they are adamant about it all working out in the end. And yes, it does all work out in the end. It’s just that they wouldn’t have had to wait that long or go through all the chaos they did to get the same results.

Then there are those people who show up for an appointment because someone sent them or gifted them with a session to convince them SRT could help them. It doesn’t matter if the person is in stage four cancer or has a back injury keeping them from working, SRT won’t do anything for them if they don’t want to receive this awareness and work with the new consciousness SRT presents.

You can’t take away a person’s free will to suffer and sit in their martyr energy if that is what their ego wants. It’s not that healing isn’t happening, it just may be a long ways away. In some cases, death is the only surrender and allowing that people can do for themselves. For them, death IS the healing as they allow themselves to transition into a different state of being.

So whenever you’re concerned about whether or not SRT could be an important healing tool in the life of someone you know, keep in mind that person’s attitude towards helping themselves and their willingness to work through their feelings and beliefs around any challenges in their life experience. Those are two essential ingredients that open the door to healing for them through SRT or any other form of energy work.
