If you don’t like the reality you have, create a bigger, brighter, better one!

Begin with visualizing or imagining that you are in a still life painting of something important to you. Maybe it’s you and your partner, you and your house, you and your career. Let the picture paint itself with all the drama and color you have right now… or all the dab, dull, and missing pieces that you may feel are still there.

Now stand back and take a good, long look at your painting. Ask yourself:

1. Is there something more I’d like to have in my life right now?
2. Is there someone else I’d like to have in my life right now?
3. Is there something I’d like to be doing and having fun with?
4. Is there something I’d like to challenge myself with, or stretch myself and see how far I can go?
5. Is there someone I always wanted to be like?
6. Is there something I always wanted to do some day?

Imagine yourself as the master painter. See yourself put on a smock and pick up a brush. This is a magic brush that paints whatever you want. Simply point your brush at the painting and tell it what you want in your picture. You can add in anything or anyone you discovered from the questions above. And, you can ask your magic brush to erase anything or anyone from your painting that you don’t want there anymore.

Spiritual Response Therapy has many applications for animals, including giving them a new outlook on life.

Here’s an example from one of my friends. Tammy and Terry went on a one-week vacation with their children. They paid a young fella in the neighborhood to come over everyday and take care of their horses.

A few weeks after returning home, Tammy noticed that her horse was losing weight, wrinkled up her face and snarled at Tammy. Tammy also saw that her horse wouldn’t let the chiropractor get close to her.

Tammy knows how to do SRT and used this process to look at her horse’s situation. That’s how Tammy discovered that the young man taking care of their horses picked on Tammy’s older horse. As a matter of fact, Tammy was able to discern that her horse was subjected to verbal abuse and emotional trauma, being told she wa old, ugly, and going to die soon.

Tammy was horrified! She continued to use the SRT system to clear these beliefs and judgments from her horse’s consciousness, and to bring the energy field into hopeful, positive feelings.

An empty feeling is telling you something important. An empty feeling is telling you that your energy is running on low, your tank is just about dry, and you’re stalled on the road to abundance and prosperity.

In that state of emptiness, you can’t give or share with anyone else, and you can’t attract in whatever you need for yourself.

Abundance and prosperity are in the ocean of All-That-Is. And the only way that you can go to that ocean, dip in, and get whatever you need or want, is to first of all get there! And that doesn’t mean having to travel thousands of miles or spend hundreds of dollars on expenses. It simply means connecting yourself to the Energy Stream, the Divine Source, the ocean of All-That-Is through your intention and desire.

Lights turning out, voices crying over the pager, and faint images of people standing in the hallway are just some of the paranormal experiences that happen when portals are opened into other dimensions.

In this case, a funeral business moved into a large, newly constructed building. The old location was purchased by a realtor for his office and support staff. As the remodeling progressed, more and more of these strange and unsettling things began to happen.

When one of the employees talked to me about it, I simply made a note of the location of the building and told him that I’d take care of it. He and another person at that site were energy sensitive. They could see and feel some of these things. He suspected what was going on, but didn’t know why, and how to deal with it. I told him to stay out of fear and to keep the others as neutral as possible around all this. Their anxiety and restlessness was only adding to the over all agitation and making the situation worse.

These are some of the things I deal with using Spiritual Response Therapy. The techniques, processes, and information in this system of spiritual healing allows me to understand what other dimensions are, what creates portals or doorways into them, what could possibly come out of that dimension and infect our own surroundings, and how to take care of all of that. SRT is not about being a psychic, a ghost buster, or playing mind games. It is first and foremost a spiritual healing process with compassion and tolerance for beings of all levels, layers, and depths, knowing they are all expressions of Spirit.

To begin work on this paranormal experience, I connect with my High Self and make sure I’m in a safe and protected energy field. I ask my High Self to close and seal any openings in my own field. Then, to remove any beings around my house or nearby. I certainly don’t want these beings to influence or attract over to my place any of the entities I’m trying to remove from the realtor’s building.

It all began with the purple sand cherry shrub that was losing large branches to disease. What wasn’t dying was wind blown and bowing down under the weight of the heavy canopy of its leaves.

As I watched the branches being cut out, pruned back, and trimmed, I thought that this is the way it is with our mind, body, and soul. Every part of us, and every level and layer of our experience, needs some kind of regular maintenance.

Bodywork is easy to figure out. There’s everything from healthy eating to regular exercise, massage, and chiropractic care to consider.

Mind workouts aren’t that difficult to ease into your daily routine with 15 minutes or more of brain exercises, or listening to CDs that actually create right and left brain integration.

Both men and women ask the question, “Why can’t I find the right person for me?”

I ask them what they mean by “the right person” for them. And what kind of relationship are they looking for.

I try to find out who is showing up and why the friendships don’t last. What are the main problems that seem to occur again and again.

Then I work with their High Self and mine with an intuitive process and a system of information called Spiritual Response Therapy.

These are some of the questions I ask the High Self to answer for us, researching everything from subconscious programming in this lifetime to soul records from past lives:

• How much is this person open to receive the kind of relationship he or she says they really want? And if there is not 100% openness, then I know I have more research to do around that with further questioning. Sometimes High Self directs me to a chart of unresolved discordant energies to see how this person really feels on a subconscious level about relationships. Men and women can be subconsciously pushing against, resisting, feeling unworthy of what they really want to attract in. But with those kinds of energies sending out signals, all the client’s conscious efforts are not going to get him or her the relationship they really want.

• How much is this person open to receive what he or she says is the “right person” for them? Again, if this response is not 100%, then I need to do more questioning on why not. Many times clients have self-punishment programs from things that happened in past lives when they misused or abused someone. So part of the punishment they contrived in this lifetime, through a subconscious program, is that no matter what they do or how hard they try, they are not going to allow themselves to ever attract in a very worthy person that they might end up hurting in some way.

• How much does this person desire to suffer by attracting in unfulfilling relationships? If there is any charge on this at all, this means there may be benefit programs or experience/trauma programs to be cleared. From information either downloaded from past lives, or learned behavior in this lifetime, some people are conditioned to believe that this is just the way it is, and that this is normal for them.

• How much does this person desire to suffer by attracting in friends that are not at all like what this person really wants to meet? Again, if there is any charge on this at all, this may mean researching more subconscious programming (there are 13 different programs in SRT), finding and removing blocks to soul qualities like worthiness and self-esteem, discerning and clearing curses or vows or agreements around friends and relationships.

If you, or someone you know, are going through any struggles with finding the “right person” or moving that friendship into a fulfilling relationship, consider that there may be deeply rooted, self-limiting beliefs and programming getting in the way for either one of you, or both of you.

She didn’t want the divorce, the bitter fight over the assets, the chaos it was causing their 12-year old daughter. Expenses were mounting with the attorney, and the anxiety of the first court hearing was looming in the near future.

But more traumatic than all that were the daily phone calls and endless text messages from her husband making demands for what he wanted, and how he wanted this all resolved.

Samantha’s story may sound similar to your story, or the story of some of your friends and siblings. She just wanted the agony to stop!

She had resigned herself to the fact that she wasn’t going to change his mind about turning around their relationship and getting back together. She and their daughter already moved out. But her husband’s relentless and emotionally abusive contacts were wearing her down.

In every field of healing and spiritual practice, there are still some weeds growing like envy of other practitioners, or feeling unworthy and abandoned by your clients when they also use the services of your competitors.

As you go deeper into awareness, you eventually can discover that there is no such thing as competition. Competition is a false belief or perception many people have gotten used to, especially in a capitalistic economy like in the USA.

Competition implies there’s a limited supply of people and money out there, so it’s survival of the fittest! You have to get there fast, make the best sales pitch, talk louder than anyone else, have more bright shiny objects to dazzle the customer, and get the biggest crowd over to your tent with open wallets or credit cards waving in the air.

In reality, you attract in or draw to yourself clients who match your energy vibration, your emotional frequencies, and your thought patterns. Whatever you believe about yourself as worthy or unworthy, capable or not good enough, deserving or undeserving, is what you’re putting out for others to feel and respond to.

Every practitioner will receive exactly the type of client and the numbers of clients they are personally resonating with. And of course, everyone hopes they’re in the highest possible energies of attraction and prosperity consciousness. But what if they’re not and don’t know it?

In that moment, allow yourself to walk through a spiritual exercise that anyone can do.

• Relax into stillness and allow yourself to enter the sacred space of your soul consciousness.
• Recall the scripture verse that says: “Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?” (Matthew 6:26)
• Sit in that feeling of trust in a Higher Power and gratitude for the wellbeing you already have.
