This is one of my favorite fund raising projects.
It’s about empowering women to have a future in the third world countries where they live.
Handmade African Shirts and Dresses
The Tanzanian Trunk Show features the African styled shirts and dresses these AIDS orphans make. Most of the fabric is cotton and is purchased in the region.
All of the proceeds from these sales and other donations collected at the show go directly to the AIDS Orphan Sewing Project.
Elegant Elephant Extravaganza
This year we are adding an Elegant Elephant Extravaganza featuring collectables, gift items, and decorator pieces.
Affordable elegance for everyone! All these items and many gift certificates for services were donated from generous family, friends, associates and colleagues.
100% of these sales benefit the AIDS Orphan Sewing Project.
Nina Reyes of Nina Decorating Concepts is staging the table arrangements for this event.
Just Fare Market will have Fair Trade items for sale from around the world. Supper and snacks available from St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Tuesday, June 10
