istock_000003913289.jpgThe Moses Code – it’s not just about you. It’s about being one with everyone else on this planet. It’s about making your life count in service to others. And for me, it’s also saying, “walk your talk!”

The day after seeing the movie, I had a chance to do that! It happened at the fitness center. Part of me was not happy exercising.

Rather than rejecting my sore and complaining body, I owned it. I claimed it as part of all I am. Instead of pretending the pain didn’t matter, I embraced it with intention. I sent it love – a caring and nurturing energy.

The silent chant of “I am that, I am” flowed from my consciousness to all the parts of me.

Several minutes later, I sent the “I am” blessing around the whole fitness center, the city, the planet.

I now have a new focus for the problems and challenges in my life. Own them, embrace them, love them. Then integrate all-that-I-am into All That Is.
