istock_000003326776.jpgFour fun-filled days of concerts, films, theater and workshops ignite the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin, June 19-22.

Dancers and drummers, speakers and performers, talented women are here to be heard and appreciated at the National Women’s Music Festival.

I’m looking forward to joining women from around the world as participants and presenters. My workshop, “Permission to Be All You Can Be,” is at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 20 in the Exhibition Hall.

You can listen to me read the spiritual allegory, “The Land of Many Labels.” Our discussion of this story will increase awareness of how we create our own victim stories.

I’ll lead everyone in an easy meridian tapping exercise to free ourselves from the self-limiting beliefs and self-judgment we may resonate with from the discussion.

Finally, everyone will have the chance to support their choices to “be all they can be” with a brief journaling experience.

Come join the feast of music, art, and knowledge from the hearts and hands of creative women. Daily schedules, driving directions, and all the information you need are posted online at the Women In the Arts, Inc. website.
